Theraputic Services Director
Dave Gregory is a founder Director and Mentor at Triangle Care. Working initially to set up and establish the residential capacity of Triangle Care, Dave undertook a number of different roles that helped lay the foundations for the organisation. In 1995 Dave was working for City College as a mentor, he then went on to community and residential work. Dave worked with the youth offending teams, created and delivered programs for the probation service and in prisons, supported numerous schools, worked with social services and played a principle role in the formulation of Manchester Multi Agency Gang Strategy. Dave uses a person-centred approach that at its core employs real life experiences to enhance and facilitate change. This approach emphasises change from within and is very much about positive growth. Real life tools are provided which can be practically utilised as and when required. Dave likes to undertake challenges and enjoys giving hope to those who have not.
Joanne joined TCG in 2016 and soon had a passionate belief in the business strategy. Joanne works to find a balance of delivering the business strategy while dealing with the day to day issues of HR and the company’s values. Understanding the inner workings of the company and its people and communicating effectively guides Joanne in ensuring that everyone is treated equally, are invested in with their development to achieve their personal and professional goals. Empowering individuals allows the company to grow to its full potential while working together, effectively for the benefit of the Young People, the individuals and the company. Trainee Business Development Manager
We offer Staff Training to raise the level of awareness for those working with challenging behaviours. There are three types of training that Triangle Care Group conduct:
1 Day Introductory Course to working in a challenging environment.
The introductory course covers:
- An overview of different aspects of challenging behaviour
- Effective communication techniques
- Conflict and resolution management
2 day: The 2 day course covers everything in the introductory course and is geared towards people already working in challenging environments who have the desire to enhance their skillset.
Candidates will be given an overview of the Challenging Me Program.
3 day course:
The 3 day course covers everything in the 2 day course in addition to the 12 stages of the Challenging Me Program.
The comprehensive 3 day course is aimed at professionals who have the desire to learn different techniques to overcome challenging behaviours with a holistic approach.
